Understanding Risk

Careful reading and understanding the American Canoe Association Waiver and Release of Liability for adults or minors is required for everyone wishing to take part in Arkansas Canoe Club's School of Whitewater Paddling. That waiver will either be part of the online registration process or you will need to fill it out upon arrival.

We also encourage everyone to read the Safety Code from American Whitewater, paying special attention to Section 1: Personal Preparedness and Responsibility.
