What are the different membership levels I can choose from?

We offer HOUSEHOLD, JUNIOR/STUDENT and BUSINESS memberships.

HOUSEHOLD membership covers all members in your household (who reside at one physical address). We offer 1 year, 2 year and 3 year memberships. If you choose electronic delivery of our newsletter, then we offer a small discount on the 2 and 3 year memberships. Household Memberships are $25 for 1 year, $45 for 2 years, and $65 for 3 years (with electronic newsletter delivery). You can also still receive the hardcopy newsletter via mail if you prefer ($50 for a 2 year membership; $75 for a 3 year membership).

All HOUSEHOLD memberships are available with a single login/single profile, or with multiple logins/multiple profiles (up to 3):

(1) The Household Membership (Single Login/Single Profile) covers all the members in your household, but you will have only one email address as a single login to the ACC website and one member profile. Email communications from the ACC will only go to the single email address that you use to register your household.

This is the best membership option if only one person from your family wants to manage your membership and be kept informed of club events and activities.

(2) The Household Membership (Multiple Login/Multiple Profile) also covers all the members in your household, but you will be able to add up to two additional household members to your membership "bundle” so that multiple members of your household can login to the ACC website and add their own individual member profiles. Every household member that you add with a separate email address will receive communications from the ACC.

If you have multiple family members that are very active in club events and activities and who want to make sure everyone stays informed, then this would be the best membership option for you.

The JUNIOR/STUDENT Membership ($10 per year) is offered for students or young people age 25 or under. This Membership is per individual (not household), and includes electronic delivery of our newsletter (hardcopy delivery via mail is not offered for this level).

The Business Membership ($100 per year) is a way for our commercial members to support the club, and each Business Member can have their information listed on our website, and have one ad placed in each ACC newsletter.


How do I renew my membership?

To renew your membership, login at the ACC Home page (upper right corner), and then go to your Member Profile. You will see buttons to either RENEW your membership (at same level), or CHANGE your membership level (if you would like to renew for a different time period). If you want to send your payment by check via the mail, still follow these steps and you will be given an option to pay manually offline. Instructions on where to mail your check will be sent to you. 

Note that if your membership already expired, you will still login and go to your Member Profile. Your Membership Level will be listed as a Lapsed Member. Instead of "renewing" you will instead choose to "change" your membership to a new 1, 2 or 3-year membership.

REMINDER: your membership login is always your email address (NOT your message board username). If you cannot recall your password, you can use the "forgot password" link.


How do I change from Household Membership (Single Login/Single Profile) to Household Membership (Multiple Login/Multiple Profiles)?

  • If you are a CURRENT Arkansas Canoe Club member, your default membership level was set as a Household Membership (Single Login/Single Profile). If you would like to CHANGE to a Household Membership (Multiple Login/Multiple Profile), send an email to the Membership Chair and simply ask for your membership level to be changed. Once your membership level is changed, you will be able to add two new contacts under your Membership.

How do I change from a 1 year membership to a 2 or 3 year membership?
  • Wait until your current membership is set to expire, and instead of selecting RENEW, choose to CHANGE your membership level.
  • Please be aware if you CHANGE your membership level when your membership is not due, then you will be charged for your new membership term and your renewal date will change to the date of your membership change. To avoid paying for a new membership before your current membership expires, only CHANGE membership levels at the time you are scheduled to renew.

How do I login if I am already an ACC Member?
  • To login, enter your email address and your password in the login box at the upper right of the ACC Home Page.
  • If you have never logged in, after you enter your email address, click the "forgot password" link and follow the instructions. This will let you set your password for the first time.
