Surf N' Turf

Surf N' Turf is an annual picnic hosted by the Central Chapter. We gather at the Porterfield Property (the city property across from the Ouachita River Whitewater Park aka Rockport), and provide burgers and hot dogs. Guests are asked to bring beverages, condiments, side dishes and desserts.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Many will spend the day surfing at the Rockport ledge; others will do the leisurely float from Remmel Dam back to the ledge.

Surf N' Turf is usually held on a Saturday in late July...more information will be added once the 2010 event is planned.
